We caught up with Emily Desmond, the local artist who opened Mixfest 2015 this weekend at the DCR Hatch Shell stage in front of thousands of fans along with Rob Thomas, Third Eye Blind, Andy Grammer, Vance Joy and Rachel Platten.
Emily talks about her song Virtual Reality (#OutOfControl) or “The Hashtag Song” as people are calling it. She also shared some backstage dish on Andy Grammer and Rachel Platten and you won’t believe what she did the day after Mixfest!
